If something isn’t right due to craftsmanship issues, damage, or fulfillment errors, we’ll make it right. Plain and simple. We’re here to deliver a name you can stand behind — the kind you’d wear with pride and expect to have your back.

Eligible issues include:

• Damaged or defective items

• Craftsmanship or design flaws

• Incorrect items sent

Report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund — no excuses, no extra cost.

Exchanges

Because every Buckskyn piece is crafted on demand, we don’t offer traditional exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Color selection

• Fit or style preference

Check the size chart before ordering — once it’s made, it’s final.

Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or preference-based reasons. Worn or washed items can’t be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the issue is verified. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
